Super Chouette!!!!

OK...So I have been doing TERRIBLE on keeping up with my blog! I'm really sorry. Hopefully the last few months I will do a lot better. I literally leave in two months!!! My mom and my aunt are coming in a month and a half!!!! I can't tell you how excited I am. Though at the same time I'm going to miss a lot about France. I really dread thinking about all the people I have to say goodbye too. I have met so many amazing people here!

So everything has been a blur since the last time I blogged. I know so much has happened but I can't remember everything! I'm going to do what I did last time and just post pictures with descriptions about them. It's easier and faster that way I think.

This is during our vacation at their grandparents country house. We
took a walk through the forest. It was really pretty!

A view of the lake

Some of the children

The kids found a cute little frog!!

I took one of the many bikes that the grand-parents have and
I biked to the castle which was about 15 minutes away. Can you
imagine living 15 minutes away from a castle?!

This is one of the two rivers that runs along the castle.

In front of the castle there is a big forest
area with lots of trails.

The kids and I made up a play. Well, the kids wrote the script
and they gave me the part of the maid and also the witch. So this
is Aymeric and I in action!

The final rehearsal! Earlier we had all made masks because there
was going to be a ball during the play and we all had to wear our
masks that we made.

So that was my vacation in April. It was very fun but I was also pretty busy. There were 6 kids to watch, but of course the grand-parents were there to help.

Sheridan and I went to Paris for the day. It was only my second time there and I was super excited because this time there was actually someone with me! Last time I was there only for about a day and a half, but I was by myself. I remember I had to share my excitement of going to the Eiffel Tower for the first time...by myself. It was actually pretty funny. I had also forgot my camera so I didn't get any pictures. This time...I brought my camera!!!

At Le Louvre. I think I was more fascinated by the ceiling than
I was about the paintings on the walls and the sculptures...

The Mona Lisa!!!! It was super cool, but like you've heard before,
a lot smaller than you think!

I love this

I found this one creepy, but super cool at the same time. This
is a sculpture but they made the "fabric" over the face look
super real! Incredible!

Once again, I'm amazed by the ceiling..

Hercules!!!!

Sheridan trying to become one with the sculpture!

Montmartre

This guy was legit!!! He was showing off his soccer skills and
one of the things he did was climb up this light pole while do
all sorts of sweet tricks. I'll try to upload a video of him later on.

An artist in action!!!!

Sheridan was lucky enough to be a model, for FREE!!!

So that is a little bit of whats been going on these past few months. So much more has happened that I don't have time to write about. The weather has finally been a lot better this past week. It literally has been raining every single day for the past few months! It was getting super annoying! I realized I don't have a lot of photos of the city that I live in, Rennes. So my next post will be more photos of where I live!
